You read the title and author correctly。 This is a beautifully illustrated book with the lyrics of the song that we loved to rock out to in the late 80s。 My kids got a kick out of watching the video while following along in the book。

This can be read， or sung， or read while listening to the song。 It’s not 100% the exact lyrics， and if you read it while listening you do have to pause during the guitar riffs because they are not in the book。 It’s still a cute story with beautiful illustrations， anyone whose likes the song can appreciate the book。 Also， Guns N’ Roses make a cameo near the end of the book。

Cute idea。 This adaptation of the GnR hit was more popular with parents than with kids when we read it out loud。 A good read for fans of the song， but kids might not get it。
